We want your new RV mattress to feel just right, so we offer a 60-night sleep trial on all standard mattresses. We simply ask that you sleep on it for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust to the new materials.

If you’re still not satisfied after 30 nights, just email us through our Contact Us page to start the return. Once approved, you’ll donate the mattress to a local charity and send us the donation receipt. After that, we’ll issue a full refund of your mattress purchase price.

Please note: Because they are highly customized, mattresses with hinges or custom corners are not eligible for trial returns. Mattresses must also be clean and undamaged to qualify.

All of our mattresses, no matter how big the custom size is, ship for free within the contiguous United States.

We accept all major credit cards.

Yes they are! We gently roll each mattress for an easy FedEx delivery.

We suggest removing your mattress from the box within 4 weeks of receiving it. Keeping your mattress in the box for an extended time can compromise the mattress's ability to return to full shape.

If we ship you the wrong size mattress or bedding, we will replace it right away with the correct size. You must notify us within 30 days of the error. After 30 days, we will not be able to replace wrong size mattresses or bedding.

We ship our mattresses from one of our two factories: Greenville, South Carolina or Conover, North Carolina.
